About this refill

A pack of top-loading sheet protectors for a scrapbook binder. Each protector holds an 11x14 sheet behind a clear plastic overlay, with a heavy paper insert behind the photograph. When an album has been filling for a while and the original pages are full, this is the refill that keeps things moving forward.
