About this album

A fabric memory book for 5x7 prints suits a small, focused keepsake rather than a long-running project. The horizontal page takes the photographs in landscape, the kind of contained run that earns its own volume: a child's first year, a wedding weekend, a season abroad. The fabric cover sits comfortably on a shelf or a side table.

A few things to notice as you fill it. Each top-loading clear protector pairs with a heavy white insert behind it that slides out while the protector stays bound in place, so captions can be written at the kitchen table and returned without disturbing the prints. The post-bound spine opens flat and accepts additional pages with extension posts as the collection grows. The pages and pockets are acid, lignin and PVC free. Pioneer has been making albums in Chatsworth, California, since 1972.
